Information we collect
When you submit a sourcing inquiry, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, business email, company, company website, country, project description, estimated order quantity, project stage, timeline, and reference links.
How we use inquiry information
Funda uses inquiry information to review whether a project is a good fit, ask clarifying questions, discuss supplier search, samples, packaging, quality control, logistics, and respond to your request.
Analytics
The website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page views and non-PII interaction events, such as CTA clicks, email clicks, video loads, and contact form status. Funda does not intentionally send personal inquiry details to Google Analytics.
Service providers
Contact form submissions may be processed through Web3Forms or a similar form delivery provider so the inquiry can reach Funda by email.
