Funda helped a distributor review toilet paper sourcing options outside China and explore Indonesia as a more practical supply base. The work included identifying suitable mills, checking FSC-related documentation where available, comparing container-level pricing, reviewing packaging and loading assumptions, and coordinating ocean freight planning. The goal was not only to find a lower-cost option, but to help the buyer understand supplier reliability, tariff exposure, and landed-cost considerations before placing a larger order.

Funda supported an emerging home-care brand with the development of a dishwasher tablet product line. The work included identifying manufacturers with relevant production experience, requesting samples, comparing material and fit details, following up on quality inspection points, and coordinating export logistics.
